Each case states three things: what the client was up against, what I did, and what happened. Numbers and sources can be checked; case details have been anonymised.

Wang Qingwen · over ¥100M in signed cases from short video

Delivered

What he was up against: no shortage of expertise, no shortage of views — and no enquiries. The videos were suits, bookshelves and recited statutes.

What I did: dropped the staging and the teleprompter and put the camera into real enforcement work — visits, bank record pulls, face-to-face negotiation. Structurally, the first two seconds lead with the result and each segment's ending becomes the next segment's headline.

What happened: 20 videos over 3 months, zero paid traffic, over 100 million yuan in signed case value. Confirmed by Wang Qingwen himself in an interview video.

Director Wu Hongbin · case-acquisition platform

Footage ready · not yet published

What he was up against: a firm director wanted a case-acquisition platform of his own. The prevailing approach in the market was copying viral scripts — nothing distinguishable in the video, interchangeable whoever filmed it.

What I did: original from the ground up. No script — unscripted tea-room interviews draw out the lawyer's real professional judgement — and then the sales logic embeds a conversion funnel into the content structure, so every video carries a next step.

What he says: Director Wu has repeated this in public, in the lift, in the office and at team events: "Our videos are all original, and dozens of peers on the platform have come asking how, because everyone else copies viral scripts and has no distinct personal IP."

Where it stands: the interview films and behind-the-scenes footage are ready; nothing has been uploaded to short-video platforms yet.
