One video broken into stages: the rough cut carries picture and original audio only, subtitles wait until breathing is locked, and packaging is its own layer. Repetition goes to tools; judgement stays with people. The work in progress is making those four stages feed each other.
This is the most important source material on the site: on-location shoots, gaps between interviews, rewrites and mistakes — cut into short pieces for each platform and gathered here. Footage is being organised.

Episodes are uploaded to Bilibili and embedded here. Zero cost to start, and no bandwidth taken from the server.
Later they move to Aliyun Object Storage + CDN with hotlink protection, so playback stays on this site, carries no third-party watermark, and costs only what the actual viewing traffic costs.
