One person is a whole case-acquisition team: positioning, content, filming and conversion — no large crew, no paid traffic.
One-person case-acquisition advisor
Ongoing
What it is: one advisor alongside one lawyer, from positioning and topic selection through filming to conversion. You don't build a team and don't need to understand short video — you appear on camera and practise law.
Who it suits: practising lawyers and firm directors with real expertise and real cases to talk about, but no time and no staff for content.

What it is: settle who you solve what problem for, and why you, before discussing content. Output is an executable positioning document: target audience, content pillars, topic direction, and the lines not to cross.
Who it suits: lawyers just starting content, or lawyers who have published for a long time with views but no enquiries.

What it is: turn the topic bank, footage library, script templates and editing stages into one reusable system that survives staff changes. The goal is output that doesn't depend on one person's memory.
Who it suits: teams already filming whose output swings up and down and whose style changes every time.

What it is: no teleprompter, no staging. Questions draw out the lawyer's real professional judgement and emotion; on set we do only two things — ask the right question, hold the frame.
Who it suits: lawyers who freeze on camera, or who simply dislike performing.

IP content method course
Open nationwide
What it is: the positioning, topic, filming and conversion methods that already work. Lawyers from anywhere in the country are welcome, but coming to Xiamen to actually film is strongly recommended — a master-and-apprentice format where someone watches you shoot and corrects you on the spot beats any lecture.
Who it suits: firms that intend to produce content in-house rather than outsource all of it, and lawyers who want to understand the method before committing to long-term work.

How to start
The path
The path: the course (nationwide; filming in Xiamen recommended) → both sides judge the fit → short-video operations or long-term advisory in Fujian's Minnan region.
What I look for: I don't chase client volume. Long-term work depends on three things — you're nearby, we can actually get to a shoot, and the pace of communication fits. Without those three, good content still never lands.
